We have a couple of 3 day weekends coming up. Do you think that your wives/girlfriends will let you play like you've got a pair on one of those days? We can do 25-35-50 and include Hordes Field Test so everyone can play. Respond with your yayes, preferred days, factions and point values. I've 3 coins, but we could ask Todd to order a Resurgence package.

It would be cool if Todd was able to get a resurgence package. We could probably cover it with a very small entrance fee. I think we have enough players that we would be able to do it.

I'm busy the weekend of the 13th. Besides that I'm down for a Resurgance or a Steamroller MKII tourney.
The one I went to was fun.

For the record, I won my first round killing Skarr with dual sniping Obliterators’ in the second turn (thanks for the practice Andy). Second game I played the Retribution. It was a close game and I got his caster down to 3 points with my Mangler, then I conceded because Magnus was not going to survive the next round. that guy ended up winning the whole thing(Retribution is REALLY GOOD). Final round was a draw (opponent was hella slow). I got two turns he got three.

The judge was a really loosey goosey with the timed turn thing. You can't really do that with this format of tourney or you have what happened to me in the last round. Also allot of the players there where complaining that he had totally screwed up with the match-ups(they take these things very seriously). Twelve people showed up overall.

All in all it was a good time. I got a $15 gift certificate at the store and I brought home the Merc coin(I was the only Merc Player). Default FTW!!!!!!

glad to hear it went well for you!
I agree on the timed thing. If you are going to use timers at all you have to stick to them, otherwise they are worthless. It is a shame that they messed up the match ups too.

The coin set costs $45.00 and I'm willing to front the cost.

I'm busy the weekend of the 13th as well, but I would definitely like to participate when it goes down.
